TRACK TEC S.A. sponsors the CONRETE DAYS Conference
The CONCRETE DAYS Conference, celebrating its 10th anniversary, took place between 8 and 10 October in Wisła. Track Tec S.A. was honoured to once again sponsor this industry-specific event, which in just a couple of years has developed into the key scientific and technical enterprise in Poland, attracting each year a growing number of Polish and foreign guests.
During those three days, the participants of the event had a chance to take part in discussion panels, workshop sessions and technology shows which dealt with a wide variety of information and hands-on topics. Andrzej Cholewa, PhD, Eng., member of the management board of Track Tec S.A., gave a speech at the “Concrete in transport infrastructure” session, held on 9 October. The topic of his lecture was: “The impact of reinforcement anchorage on reliability and durability of railway sleepers”. As a sponsor of the event, Track Tec also presented its offer at the display stand available to all guests.
The 2018 Conference focused on the practical side of concrete technology and on innovative material, technological and construction solutions. The participants included, among others, representatives of scientific institutions, construction and transport companies, as well as representatives of national entities responsible for the development of infrastructure. The questions discussed during the event encompassed not only construction and technical properties of concrete and cement, but also market trends, concrete architecture and sustainable development. Experts participating in the event contributed to a high-quality discussion, rendering the 2018 CONCRETE DAYS an effective platform for exchange of information between the scientific community and the industry.
