Track Tec: heading for the Arab countries

The Track Tec Group presented itself in the Persian Gulf countries during a business forum held in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. The initiative was a part of a program accompanying the visit of the President of the Republic of Poland in those countries, which took place on 8−12 December 2013.

The forum was attended by a number of Polish companies, those which already do their business in the region, and those interested in establishing contacts and commencing activities on that market. The trip was actively supported by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, which organized the project in co-operation with the Ministry of Economy and the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.

“Such meetings are important for us. The Track Tec Group is more and more actively marking its presence on international markets, also outside Europe. Our development strategy provides for achievement of specific goals, including percentage shares of export and revenues from activities on foreign markets. In such a context, our interest in the Arab countries is understandable. In a number of them, including those visited during the mission, large investments in infrastructure, including railway track infrastructure, have been or are planned to be commenced,” said Krzysztof Niemiec, Vice-President of the Track Tec S.A. Group, who attended the meetings.

The recent activities of Track Tec indicate development in the long-term horizon. Becoming known in the Arab countries requires significant efforts in making contacts, promoting the products and the brand, and in preparation of an offering that will meet the requirements of a new business partner.

The Track Tec’s strategy deserves highlighting also due to the fact that the Group develops on international markets in a period where domestic demand for its products for transport infrastructure is growing and will continue for a number of years.
