Track Tec as Partner of EEC Trends 2022
Representatives of Track Tec Group, a leading European manufacturer of track superstructure materials, took part in this year’s EEC Trends. The event continues the tradition and brand of the We Change Polish Industry Forum (Forum Zmieniamy Polski Przemysł), one of the most important debates on the growth and development prospects and directions of the Polish economy. EEC Trends is organised by PTWP Group and Track Tec is the event’s Partner.
One of the topics of debate at EEC Trends 2022 was the development of rail infrastructure in Poland. At the panel “EEC Move”, the panellists, including Track Teck Vice President Krzysztof Niemiec, discussed key investments in the sector, as well as project pipeline. The discussion focused on the problem of providing access to the national railway network using the existing rail infrastructure.
“Regular meetings of the industry community provide a perfect opportunity to discuss the condition of rail transport in the country, which invariably leads to its continuous development and improvement. As we discuss the main problems, as well as ideas and plans arising in the course of our work, certain issues can be clarified and guiding priorities behind the shaping of the Polish rail infrastructure revaluated,” says Krzysztof Niemiec, Vice President of the Management Board of Track Tec S.A.
Also discussed at the event were other key socio-economic trends, including the Polish Deal, the green transformation of the economy, energy prices, as well as the new ESG business strategy framework. As in previous editions, innovation, the digitalisation of industry and e-commerce were also an important element of the debates.
The debates at EEC Trends prepare the ground for the European Economic Congress, which this year will take place on 25-27 April. To emphasise the importance of the Congress’s open nature, its programme is worked out together with the participants.
