Track Tec: the superior quality confirmed
According to a report by TÜV Rheinland, a globally recognised certification and research body, the Goczałków manufacturing plant, a member of the Track Tec Group, has highly skilled personnel, ensures the highest quality of the products and is developing dynamically through, among others, target market diversification.
TÜV Rheinland’s report is an effect of the periodic audit carried out in the Goczałków plant, a member of the Track Tec Group. The audit proved that the plant makes every effort to ensure that its product portfolio is constantly expanded with products of the highest quality, which translated into an FPC certificate (Factory Production Control Certificate) for the pre-stressed concrete tram sleepers, models PST-11, PST-12, PST-13 and PST-14, awarded in 2011.
“We were happy with the results of TÜV Rheinland’s audit, as they confirmed our dedication to the high quality of our products and the professionalism and expert technical knowledge of our personnel. We see those factors as the key to building the position of an industry leader by the Track Tec Group”, said Jarosław Pawluk, President of the Management Board of Track Tec S.A.
The analyses by TÜV Rheinland confirmed the plant’s dynamic development through constant improvement in the quality of products and services, and investments in control-and-measuring equipment and IT infrastructure. The auditors praised the company for, among others, introducing the online tracking of a product’s parameters in various stages of production. Moreover, the auditors’ report pointed to the state-of-the-art laboratory as an important element of the plant’s high quality culture. Thanks to the purchase of the most advanced measuring equipment, the laboratory is today one of the most modern laboratories in Europe. The auditors also recognised the importance of the production line infrastructure developed so that continuous measurement is possible.
Building the competitive advantages is a continuous process that requires a clear vision for development and consistent investments in human resources, which are the company’s invaluable asset. The audit proved our personnel’s over-average involvement in striving for the stated objectives.
“The Goczałków manufacturing plant is unique because of its well trained personnel, both in terms of technical skills and the awareness of its role in maintaining and improving the quality management system”, said the auditor from TÜV Rheinland in its report.
