Job Description:

As a Technical Project Manager at Track Tec, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing railway infrastructure projects from initial concept through to final delivery. You will work closely with engineering, construction, and logistics teams to ensure that all technical, budgetary, and scheduling requirements are met. Your role includes managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires a strong technical background, structured thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and technical coordination.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, logistics) to ensure smooth project workflows and on-time delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements throughout all project phases.

  • Act as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, providing clear communication and status reporting.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving technical and operational challenges as they arise.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure or railway construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant technical standards, construction processes, and safety regulations.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams.

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g. German or Polish) are an advantage.
