On 16 July 2018, the Track Tec Group Management Board adopted the Track Tec Group’s Code of Ethics which guides the way we work across all companies within the Group.
The Track Tec Group’s Code of Ethics constitutes a set of values and standards that guide all Track Tec employees in the performance of their professional duties.
At Track Tec, we are open to all reports and signals concerning potential irregularities or breaches.
By decision of the Management Board on 17 September 2024, and pursuant to Article 28(6) of the Polish Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 September 2024, the Track Tec Group’s Internal Reporting Procedure was adopted and implemented as a common procedure for the selected Track Tec Group companies listed in it. While each of the companies covered by the Procedure applies it individually, they share the same reporting channels as well as units responsible for receiving and following up on reports.
