Sleeper pads -
unique competence
Track Tec Group supplies prestressed concrete sleepers that are permanently bonded with elastic sleeper pads directly on the production line using a fully automated process. These pads are made from a range of specially selected materials, precisely tailored to meet the technical specifications and operational needs of various national and international railway infrastructure operators.

The automated bonding process ensures not only consistently high product quality but also significantly shortens production and delivery times. Innovative PS 93 sleeper with elastic rail fastening type W14
Track Tec Group offers a range of prestressed concrete sleepers equipped with the elastic rail fastening system type W14 – a solution that combines technical precision with proven durability.
Our portfolio includes not only the widely recognised B70 sleepers, which are well-established across European rail markets, but also the PS 93/W14 type – a high-performance Polish design that has demonstrated its reliability and resilience in daily operations on the Polish national railway network.
The PS 93/W14 sleeper is an outstanding example of how domestic engineering and innovation can meet the rigorous demands of modern rail transport. Developed to perform under high load and frequency conditions, it offers exceptional track stability and long service life.
All of our products, including the PS 93/W14 type, are certified according to the relevant national and international standards – a clear testament to our technical expertise and the quality of our production processes.
These innovative sleepers are currently in active use on three different railway lines in Poland, supporting the continued modernisation of the country’s rail infrastructure. SP 93 turnout bearers
The first prestressed concrete turnout bearers in Poland were both designed and manufactured at the Track Tec Group’s production facility in Suwałki – a pioneering achievement at the time. Today, prestressed concrete bearers are a standard component in modern rail infrastructure, and our production capabilities have evolved accordingly.
At our facilities, we manufacture turnout bearers suitable for the full range of radii – from R190 to R2500 – providing unmatched flexibility for a wide variety of track configurations. This broad technical range allows us to respond to highly specific requirements across different railway systems.
What sets us apart is our ability to combine the delivery of high-quality turnout bearers with a comprehensive service approach. Thanks to our modular system – including optional intermediate straight sections – we are able to design and produce special bearers individually, tailored to each customer’s specifications. This ensures maximum efficiency, perfect alignment, and long-term durability in every application.
Anchoring Technology
Track Tec Group manufactures prestressed concrete sleepers with mechanical end anchorage in its state-of-the-art production facilities. In this advanced system, the required tensioning force is anchored by pressure plates mounted at the ends of the prestressing steel strands. These plates are positively connected to specially formed “clinch heads” at the ends of the strands, ensuring a secure and durable bond.
The clinch heads are created using the proven BBRV cold forming process, which guarantees consistent geometry and high strength. Once the strands are tensioned and the concrete has reached the required early strength, the prestressing force is transferred via the pressure plates directly into the sleeper as pure compressive force.
This method results in sleepers with superior structural integrity. Products manufactured in Track Tec Group’s plants are not only reliable and long-lasting but also offer significantly improved resistance to the negative effects of dynamic loads and environmental stresses – making them an ideal choice for demanding railway infrastructure projects.
Turnout Transport Block Train
Track Tec Group provides end-to-end logistics solutions for the transport and installation of pre-assembled turnout blocks directly on the construction site. For this purpose, we use an innovative and highly efficient system: our proprietary turnout transport block train.
This special train consists of purpose-built wagons equipped with advanced loading systems, including a crane and dedicated support units such as ballast wagons. Thanks to this integrated solution, the entire installation process can be carried out on-site without the need to dismantle overhead contact lines.
This significantly reduces the overall replacement time—by more than 50%—and minimizes track closures, thereby lowering operational disruptions and overall project costs for our clients. The result: faster, more cost-efficient turnout replacement with maximum precision and minimal downtime.
Reforging – Company’s Own Technology
Using our proprietary reforging technology, we offer high-precision tongue forging services for rail profiles that fully comply with applicable European standards. The entire forging process is carried out under strict internal control, with all critical parameters monitored at every stage to ensure consistent quality and repeatability.
Following the forging process, the machined areas are finished using state-of-the-art CNC equipment to guarantee dimensional accuracy and surface precision. For rail profiles made of high-strength steel, we also offer a specialized heat treatment process, which ensures that the hardness of the running surface remains unchanged after reforging.

If a different tongue profile is required, we are happy to conduct a feasibility study. Upon confirmation of the technical parameters, we initiate the reforging process for the requested rail profile – tailored to the customer’s specifications.
