The Track Tec products, in particular turnouts and railways sleepers, are the critical components of track infrastructure, on which the reliability of the infrastructure is dependent, and in consequence crucial for railway safety. Therefore, our main task and continuous effort is to ensure the highest quality. We created the Track Tec brand as one that is unambiguously associated with quality of products, reliability of relationships with partners, responsibility for joint success and awareness with which we build infrastructure for future generations.
Our products comply with European standards. We also hold the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, , BS OHSAS 18001 certificates for the design, manufacture and delivery of railway superstructure, especially for turnouts/crossovers and cast iron products.
Track Tec Group is certified according to DIN ISO 9001. We also hold the Manufacturer Related Product Qualification (MPQ) and are Q1 supplier of the Deutsche Bahn AG.
The production plants of Track Tec Group in Goczałków and Suwałki have modern laboratories equipped with special testing and measuring equipment. Thus, the manufacturing process – in conjunction with the Implemented Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001) – may be subject to constant monitoring. Both raw materials as well as the production process and finished products are tested.
