Quality and certificates

Our products are subject to a process of continuous improvement, which allows us to guarantee the reliability, durability and long service life that are important from the perspective of our contractors.

The Track Tec products, in particular turnouts and railways sleepers, are the critical components of track infrastructure, on which the reliability of the infrastructure is dependent, and in consequence crucial for railway safety.

Our main task and continuous effort is to ensure the highest quality. We created the Track Tec brand as one that is unambiguously associated with quality of products, reliability of relationships with partners, responsibility for joint success and awareness with which we build infrastructure for future generations.

We have in place an Integrated Management System compliant with the standards International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018. The scope of the IMS includes the design, production, and sale of concrete, reinforced concrete, and prestressed concrete elements, as well as rail fastening systems. It also covers the design, manufacture and delivery of railway superstructure, especially for turnouts/crossovers and cast iron products.

We also hold the Manufacturer-Related Product Qualification (MPQ/HPQ) and are Q1 supplier of the Deutsche Bahn AG.

Each of our production plants in Goczałków, Suwałki and Lipa has a modern laboratory equipped with special testing and measuring equipment, where both raw materials as well as the production process and finished products are tested.

We maintain full control over the entire production process and consistently confirm our position in the most demanding markets through a range of audits and certifications.
