Track Tec Group took part in the 14th Polish Infrastructure Congress 2026 – one of the most important events dedicated to infrastructure development, public investment, and the challenges facing the construction and transport sectors in Poland. Each year, the event brings together representatives of public administration, major public procuring entities, financial institutions, and leaders of the infrastructure market.

One of the key points on the congress agenda was the strategic debate entitled “Re-Polonisation, Local Content and the State Purchasing Policy”, which focused on the importance of public procurement as a tool for supporting the development of the domestic economy. The participants discussed the principles of the new “State Purchasing Policy for the years 2026-2029” and the “Local Content. For the Benefit of Poland” initiative, highlighting opportunities to increase the participation of Polish companies in the implementation of public investments.

The discussions also focused on improving the efficiency of infrastructure investments, protecting the construction market from unfair competition from outside the European Union, strengthening cooperation between academia and business, and streamlining cooperation between contracting authorities, designers, and contractors.

In the debate, Track Tec Group was represented by Marita Szustak, President of Track Tec Construction. Other participants included Agnieszka Olszewska, President of the Public Procurement Office; Maciej Kliś, Vice-President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego; Dariusz Kuś, Member of the Management Board of Port Polska, a company of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK); Paweł Woźniak, Acting General Director of National Roads and Motorways; and Marcin Mochocki, Member of the Management Board and Director for Investment Delivery at PKP PLK.

The 14th edition of the Polish Infrastructure Congress was held this year at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw. The Congress was organised by TOR Economic Advisors and the Rynek Infrastruktury portal.
