Track Tec Construction, a Track Tec Group company, won second place in the PKP S.A.’s “Women-Friendly Company” contest! This award is a recognition of the company’s efforts to create a working environment that favours the professional development of women and to build equal opportunities in the railway infrastructure industry.

The official award ceremony took place at the Grand Theatre – National Opera in Warsaw during a gala celebrating the upcoming Railwayman’s Day. The Track Tec Group was a partner of the event. In the presence of representatives of the railway industry and public institutions, Track Tec Construction was among the winners who set an example for other employers in Poland to follow. The prestigious award was received by Marita Szustak, President of the Management Board of Track Tec Construction and President of the Land Transport Chamber of Commerce (IGTL).

The aim of the “Women-Friendly Company” contest is to recognize organisations that put in place policies supporting diversity and create equal opportunities for professional development. The jury appreciated Track Tec Construction for its consistent efforts to promote equality and create a friendly work environment that supports the development and commitment of its employees.
