The Track Tec Group, a leading international supplier of track superstructure materials, was once again a partner of Railwayman’s Day. The official gala took place on 26 November at the Grand Theatre – National Opera in Warsaw. This unique event brought together representatives of the railway industry, public institutions and social partners, emphasising the importance of rail transport in the development of a sustainable transport system.

During the gala, the Track Tec Group emphasized its commitment to the development of the railway sector and the promotion of values such as equality, sustainability and innovation. A particular source of joy was the award given to Track Tec Construction, a company belonging to the group, which took second place in the prestigious PKP S.A.’s “Women-Friendly Company” contest. This award was granted for activities aimed at creating a work environment that supports the professional development of women and building equal opportunities in the railway infrastructure sector. The award was received on behalf of the company by Marita Szustak, President of the Management Board of Track Tec Construction and President of the Land Transport Chamber of Commerce (IGTL).

The Track Tec Group continues to be involved in the development of railway infrastructure, investing in new technologies and promoting initiatives that support diversity and sustainability. The partnership with Railwayman’s Day is another step towards strengthening the company’s position as an industry leader.
