Track Tec with special award for exhibition stand at TRAKO 2025

The Track Tec Group won a special recognition for the most attractive exhibition stand at the 16th International Railway Fair TRAKO 2025. The award for the best outdoor exhibition stand during this key event for the railway industry in the region was given to Track Tec in collaboration with Hitachi Rail.

TRAKO traditionally includes a competition for the most attractive exhibition stand, both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor exhibition offers a unique opportunity to present cutting-edge technologies to a wide audience of experts and trade fair visitors. This year, Track Tec, along with Hitachi Rail, received special recognition for their joint outdoor exhibition. The competition jury praised the presentation of a modern solution for high-speed rail—an innovative railway switch integrated with Track Tec’s prototype Condition Monitoring System (CMS) and Hitachi Rail’s advanced electro-hydraulic switch drive system.

The goal of Track Tec CMS is to enhance the safety of railway infrastructure by enabling early detection of anomalies, correlating parameters with weather conditions, and reducing the risk of failures. Its effectiveness was confirmed through tests conducted from 2021 to 2025 at the Psary station. The expected results include reduced unscheduled maintenance, improved switch availability, and greater punctuality in operations. The switch integrated with CMS and Hitachi’s electro-hydraulic drive system is now ready for network-wide implementation.

This year’s TRAKO, the most important event for the railway industry in Central and Eastern Europe, gathered 617 exhibitors from 30 countries. The special recognition for Track Tec Group’s outdoor exhibition stand further solidifies its strong position as a leader in innovative technological solutions designed to improve the safety and efficiency of railway operations.
